A great fitness class to get the heart pumping and the footwork dancing!
10.20 - 11.10 Body Sculpt
Using loaded bars or/and dumbells or flexi bands and floor work. A mixture of muscle controlled moves for increasing strength and endurance.
11.30 - 12.15 Aqua Aerobics
18.15 - 19.00 Aqua Aerobics
A great workout in the pool, by using the buoyancy of the water it is ideal for those with an injury or in rehabilitation.

Wednesdays

18.35 - 19.20 Spin
A great fitness class to get the heart pumping and the footwork dancing!
cardio workout including sprints, hills and endurance interval rides using indoor cycles.
19.30 - 20.30  Stretch and Relax
A class created to help stretch out and increase flexibility through the body,  followed by a 10 minutes relaxation session.
