also  teach studio based exercise classes at the local Sports Centre in the David Hughes School,  Menai Bridge, where you will be able to enjoy the benefits of achieving your personal goals whilst exercising within a group.

For Health & Safety reasons, I do suggest that you wear suitable clothing and footwear, bring a towel and drink of water with you :-)

I also ask you arrive early to discuss any injuries or illnesses I need to be aware of, to set up your equipment and to ensure you have a place.

THERE ARE NO CLASSES WEEK 5th - 11th April 2010

TUESDAYS  - 18.30 – 19.30 Able Strengthen & Tone™ @ £4 pp

This is a conditioning and toning session only and will include using dumbbells, resistance bands and your own body power, no running, stepping or aerobic moves involved! The class is carefully controlled through a variety of repetitive moves to target those "problem areas"!

If you are looking for a class to help you improve body shape, decrease body fat, strengthen and tone your muscles then this is the class for you.

 

THURSDAYS - 18.30 - 19.30 Able Mix'n'Move™ @ £4 pp

For those who appreciate a little more cardiobascular training this session mixes aerobic movement with muscle strenthening exercises.  Each person will be given a set of equipment to use and by following me will be changing from cardiovascular movements to muscle power at timed intervals.

If you want a challenge, burn fat faster and need to move more then this is a class for you!

FRIDAYS (NOTE: every other) Able Indoor Cycling and Tone 5.15 - 6.15

This will be a course of 6 sessions to be run every other Friday, commencing .......  There are 10 spaces available and pre-booking is vital.  The cost of the course will be £36.00 and must be paid in advance.
