Group training Classes

I also teach group exercise classes at my studio for small groups of six only. This is a pre-booked course at a cost of £5 pp.
TUESDAY 10.30 - 11.30 Able Mix'n'Move - now FULLY BOOKED
This is a conditioning and toning session only and will include using dumbbells, resistance bands and your own body power, no running involved! The class is carefully controlled through a variety of repetitive moves to target those "problem areas"!
If you are looking for a class to help you improve body shape, decrease body fat, strengthen and tone your muscles then this is the class for you.
WEDNESDAY 11.30 - 12.30 Able Mix'n'Move -
In this class we use a variety of the fitness equipment such as treadmill, rowing machine, recumbant bike, trampete, step and floor work.
For those who appreciate a little more cardiovascular training this session mixes aerobic movement with muscle strenthening exercises. Each person will be given a set of equipment to use and by following me will be changing from cardiovascular movements to muscle power at timed intervals.

If you like to work hard and 'burn lard' then this is the class for you! A fast paced, challenging circuit class, full of mean moves and a few extra surprises. Nothing too complicated, just a good 'old fashioned' heart pounding, muscle building, cardiovascular workout.
Try it if you dare!
