Mums & Babies Fitness - PRESENTLY ON HOLD!

Mums and Babies exercise fitness classes are block-booked over a 5 week period and are uniquely directed towards mums working out at their own pace. Carol is a fully qualified postnatal workout instructor and has plenty of experience to ensure your post-partum journey is both safe and effective.

This is an opportunity to meet other new mothers and start your 'goal' to reclaiming that 'pre-pregnancy body.

Breastfeeding and nappy changing are both acceptable during class. Carol has had children... she understands :-)
