Due to the recent pandemic, Personal training is now available for online sessions.  Carol creates one-to-one specialist tailored fitness programmes designed to meet your individual needs and goals.

The programme delivered in sessions between 30 mins, 45 mins or 60 mins will include specific exercise regimes, nutritional advice and guidance. Each customer will receive constant monitoring to measure progress by re-evaluating and modifying the programme as required. There will be continuous consultations with you regarding your likes and dislikes, level of satisfaction, and feedback from each personal training session.

Advice will be provided on the best ways to control weight loss, tone up, improve cardiovascular performance, increase flexibility, strengthen and improve core balance and get fit.

Available for a variety of customers including, pre & postnatal women, busy professionals, young teenagers, older adults, sports rehabilitation, and those generally wanting honest guidance about changing their lifestyle.
